No one is doing anything but the event right now and thats probably the biggest thing thats hurting the economy besides the other obvious factor. The weekends are normally the stockup time where everyones filling up the wards with their crap making it impossible to sell which isn't happening this week.

Case and point, every weekend for the past 5 weeks has had over 100 pairs of nq felt bracers going up on the wards by sunday on my server and right now there are 44, most of those are melded. That is the norm of what it is in the middle of the week.
