[dev1032] Give gladiator enhanced/fast casting ability for forgoing a shield.

right now there is little reason for a gladiator to forgo his shield,why not increase his casting ability to cater to players who want to see a more of a red mage archetype.

I think it would be a little odd to give a DoW a DoM ability in general. I could understand maybe having a 20% faster attack since they are foregoing a defensive advantage. It would also bolster their comparatively low attack values which would be a plus.

If you wanted to give a GLD a THM ability couldn't you just do that anyways?
