    The best option for jumping I've been hearing is the auto-jump, or action-based jump (going near a cliff and automatically jumping, or pressing an action button to execute it)

    Care to go more in depth with your reasoning? Still not sure why people would get annoyed over a freeform jump feature, other then the fact that WoW has it.
