mmmm only thing it will cost them is probably the servers themselves and the maint required for them which won't be too much. They already have areas of business to put them Se NA which is in California and Se Eu where I don't know where that is... Hell they probably already have the servers there and set up already or will have them soon.

THe cloud/Fast C cetners are rented but greatly reduce ping and delay, SE already has reserves on NYC, AUSTIN, Detroit, CA NA centers wit hEUE North/SOuth, RU, and Asia cetners being leased. IT will help .
