did you play xi? of course you needed to buy the disc to install the game but then you could have 2 accounts and not oneIt's a legitimate request that you own a legitimate copy for each platform.
There's nothing "dbaggy" about it. The same thing was true of FFXI. The price you pay for the game at the store is for the software, not for the account. If you don't own the PS3 software, you can't play it on PS3.
That being said I can't imagine why you would want to play it on the PS3 if you have a PC.
You can just hook your PC up to the same TV, and use motionjoy or whatever it is to use a PS3 controller to play. Better graphics, no memory limitations or bullshit.
maybe you need to reread the op

or have both hooked up to a tv and then all you have to do is switch inputs when you have to look up something have it fullscreen on ps3 and not have to worry about alt tabbing and the game crashing LOL sorry I'm getting ps3 version because sometimes I just don't feel like turning my computer on (am on a computer all day at work)
I have a secret to tell. From my electrical well. It's a simple message and I'm leaving out the whistles and bells. So the room must listen to me Filibuster vigilantly. My name is blue canary one note* spelled l-i-t-e. My story's infinite Like the Longines Symphonette it doesn't rest- TMBG Birdhouse in your Soul
A huge THANK YOU!!!! For FINALLY selling the Meteor Survivor Polo on the store. AND a huge thanks to my friend who bought it for me while he was at Fan Fest!!! YES I finally have my POLO!!!

Well my office is downstairs and tv is upstairs. Graphics aren't my major concern; portability is. I'm sure somewhere down the road someone only on PS3 will come across this. In XI you just had to borrow a install disk.or have both hooked up to a tv and then all you have to do is switch inputs when you have to look up something have it fullscreen on ps3 and not have to worry about alt tabbing and the game crashing LOL sorry I'm getting ps3 version because sometimes I just don't feel like turning my computer on (am on a computer all day at work)
Other than one takes a little longer to boot up, what difference is there in turning your PC on vs turning your PS3 on?sorry I'm getting ps3 version because sometimes I just don't feel like turning my computer on (am on a computer all day at work)
You can connect the PC to both TV and monitor, and have your look-up stuff on one screen and the game on the other. You don't need a PS3 to do that.
Your game experience is going to be superior on the PC version. Your argument that you're on a computer all day is invalid because there's no difference between being "on the computer" and "on the PS3" when they're both connected to the same screens...
You can play PC games from the comfort of a couch just as easily as you can play console games.
Buuut, if you can't comprehend how there's no difference, then you're going to have to plunk down extra $ for a PS3 copy. Sucks to be you. Sorry if it sounds mean, but there's really nothing more to it than that.

big difference for me my controller isn't a ps3 controller so it's actually on a cord I can't just sit back and relax unless i pull out a camping chair in my room and sit on it I'm playing in my room on a 26" led/lcd tv on a pc sometimes I want to sit back and stretch out my legs so it would make a huge difference to me in the long run because of sitting on my bed to long cross legged actually hurts me, knees thighs and makes my feet go to sleep so yeah I will be getting the ps3 version also there's less heat as well (I live in florida with a bad air conditioner and my pc generates more heat right now than my ps3 does) Also I don't have a second monitor nor the room to put a second one in.
So sorry if this sounds like lame excuses but think of other people's enviromental factors before making assumptions =) I don't care I'm buying BOTH copies anyway.

You realize that you could use your ps3 controller if you wanted, right? It's totally possible.big difference for me my controller isn't a ps3 controller
The thing is, you can make those environmental factors equal for both platforms. That's why they are lame excuses. So sorry if this sounds like lame excuses but think of other people's enviromental factors before making assumptions
You can still do that- the only catch is you will always have to use the same account on each system(meaning account A will only be on the PS3 and account B will only be on the PC). But you could still play with yourself this way. Even in XI, you couldn't have the same account logged in twice on different PCs or PS2s.did you play xi? of course you needed to buy the disc to install the game but then you could have 2 accounts and not one

SE does require you to have a PS3 version registered on your account if you want to play on PS3. Just spend the $30 and get a PS3 disc.
You don't have to say it. You own a PC copy if you're posting on these forums.I never said i owned a pc copy either
And holy crap man, put some periods in your sentences. I find it hard to believe you're of an age to have a job with that kind of grammar, no offense.
You can get a bluetooth adapter for your PC. it's cheap.by the way don't you have to have it connected to the computer anyway to use it seeing as how the ps3 controller is bluetooth
You shouldn't have to "slug" something to sit on around anywhere. if you connect both PC and PS3 to the same video output device. Yes, i recognize that your PC and PS3 might be in different locations at the present time. What I'm suggesting to you is that you move them to the SAME location, then you don't have to go back and forth.third of all I don't want to constantly have to slug a CHAIR over to my room
