    how do i use the ffxiv analog pad?

    hi all im new to pc gaming played ff11 phantasy star 1-2 wow on 360 and pc
    any ways bought this pad hopeing to find it easy to start up but dont see pad option i must be blind if i missed it if not any help would be great ty

    There should be a gamepad configuration page in your FFXIV config panel. Start - Programs - FFXIV - FFXIV Config

    Never used it myself.. so that's all the information I have for you.

    Indeed, it is in the external configuration programs. Here's a few tips for you when setting it up...

    When you set the "Emote" button, that will also be the button for toggling Area of Affect on and off (I believe)
    Open Macros (CTRL) is also used to tab to the right (i.e., cycle through screens with multiple tabbed windows)
    Open Macros (ALT) is also used to tab to the left.
