What's a good server populated with lots of english speaking people

Hi,

I have a char on Ridil, that was on "vacation" for a while. I'd like to start playing again, but I'm not happy on Ridil, so I want to start over on a different server.

Any suggestions?

Sargatanas is the most populated server. Regardless of the server you choose you will always find language diversity, but English speaking players make up the largest portion of the game.

well if you play during the after noon to evening hours from pst-est time you should be fine

And I regret it. Half the server population is BOTs and it's almost impossible to get party together if you are under lvl 35.

2.0 is gonna be in a lot of trouble if things stay like this.

well part of the problem is the majority of people playing are already 50, and have no interest in leveling. Mot people interested in starting the game have been holding out for 2.0.

The problem is the attitude of most of the lvl 50s. I've met a few (and I emphasise the word few) individuals who have helped me in game, but the majority of the players are a little too selfish for my liking. As an example. on Selibina if someone shouted for help with Imperial Devices, I'd usually jump at the opportunity to help out. One of the reasons, I do that, is because that particular quest line is important, as it leads to getting a chocobo. Find friendly players on Sargantas has been a "quest".

As for Ridil, it's probably a fine server. I picked a new server, so I could re-learn the game, as I took some time off to play other games that didn't frustrate me with the lag, game mechanics, no AH etc. issues.
