It could be just like FFXI where we don't have to pay rent. But I'm sure you don't have to, I mean that could be kinda bad.Very interested in a few details regarding player housing. Hoping to get answers from staff and clarification on a few items.
I am very interested in how much player housing is going to cost. Hoping to get that information a head of time. I heard that it is going to be for the privileged... What does that mean?
I am also interested if plots of land can go up for resale?
If a plot of land / residence is not used or if the person stops subscription for a certain length of time does the land get recycled back in for another player?
Are there going to be corner lots?
Is value based on location or square malmage?
Is each house instanced or is the neighborhood instanced?
a. Can you go buy land out in the middle of a field?
b. If the neighborhoods are instanced, does that mean we may have to run a 200 yalms to get to our home and yard?
Are the neighborhoods limited to a certain number of houses?
Will the game be able to accommodate everyone's housing needs/wants?
a. Are certain plots of land going to be more desirable than others or will each have its own unique draw?
Will our housing choices be restricted by our home nation or Grand Company choice?
Those are the only items I can think of at the moment. Thanks!

RMT says "YES! We can be real estate agents now!"
Man, I hope there is an anti-RMT angle to this housing.
60% of the time, it works every time.
