Quite simply- I don't see how anyone can have done fights like this and not notice the server response issues (this is about the server, not your ping) the game has right now. you have to understand how this just doesn't add up from the perspective of someone who's seen the issue affect many people. If there's one thing everyone can generally agree on, is that the 1.0 server system is horrible and slows response times down a lot more than it should.
