Event Drop Rate Frustration

Allow me to apologize right up front - I know there have been so many threads on this, but I just can't help it - I need to vent some.

57 hamlet defense runs now Aleport and not once have I ever seen militia tights drop. I realize some of the better gear in the game needs to come with a challenge and some effort, but this is absolutely ridiculous. The same is true about dungeon darklight gear.

I don't pretend to know what the actual drop rate is, but I can only assume it's 1-2%, based on my personal experience. So let me ask, SE, do you think a group should have to do Aleport hamlet 400-800 times before everyone, on average, gets their militia tights? Do you have any idea just how much I hate hamlet now after 139 total runs?

I can only hope you get this right for 2.0. Challenging? yes. Repetitively mondane and boring to the point of gagging, no thanks.

All the time you wasted doing that you could have just farmed random items and then bought a way better leg bottom....
