    I don't care from where players are coming from. People in Europe aren't worse than the one in NA or Japan. 1 player = 1 player.

    So yes, if I can choose between low latency and players from same region or 300ms and international, I'll pick the first one anytime.
    (I said 30ms, supposing the servers would be in the UK but it could be a bit more if it's in Germany or France...)
