ARR Gil Cap Reduction

We are getting a multiplier of 1/10 on every gil source, and all gil currently in the system.

So 1/10 of 100 is 10. If you wanted to go back to the old currency that would be 10/1 (10/1 * 1/10 = 1).

So the "number" of currency carried around is less. However the power of the currency is 10 times as powerful.

Basically nothing has happened. 1/10 the amount, 10 times the power. 1/10 * 10 = 1.

(1 means no change)

I understand the value crap, but there is no guarantee that people are going to conform and reduce their sell prices. THIS is the problem.
