Reduced in proportion to everyone else (same %). Just saying reduced can lead to some bad assumptions on whats happening.

In proportion you have the same amount of gil.

Although it is a gil reduction the value of the gil is going way up overall. So your 100 million will be equivalent to the 10 million you will have in 2.0. It will resemble FFXI in many ways likely.
