    Suggestion: Sneak and Invisible

My biggest problem with XIV, is the placement of aggro enemies.
If you've ever tried to solo some Nanawa Mines battleleves at low level, you would know how frustrating it is to constantly run back and forth through corridors filled with Chiglets and Diremites. More often than not, you will die by trying to pass them.

While you can with some hardship succeed in dispatching the leve monsters, the surrounding monsters will slow you down, kill you and waste precious time from your 30 minute limit, ultimately causing you to fail. Not failing because you couldn't kill the monsters, but failing because you couldn't get to them.

This frustration could be averted with the implementation of Sneak and Invisible items or spells.
Of course, some monster types or NMs could have True-aggro traits and spot you through sneak or invisible, so with a good balance it wouldn't make the game easier, just more enjoyable.

*For anyone that don't know what I mean, Sneak and Invisible are two enhancements from FFXI.
Sneak lets you bypass monsters that aggro by sound, Invisible does the same for aggro by sight.

In some leves you have to bypass them a couple times.. do you really wanna cast/use item that many times? O.o You'll get annoyed by it pretty quickly :P
And usually there are enough ppl around which are running into them and kill them. I've had no Problem so far

If it saves me time and hassle during the leve, yes I would cast it or use an item every time I went to pass any aggro monsters.

It's better than people ignoring monsters that aggro them and accidentally MPKing other players who happened to be in the path of the person ignoring the mob.

We do need Sneak and Invisible. You made me think of something when you said MPK. I'm hoping that they don't do like they did in FFXI and make it where the monster disappears once the person/people it is chasing gets out of its territory. I didn't like getting killed by a train of goblins in FFXI, but I really didn't agree with how they went about "fixing" that issue. But that is just my opinion.

I think is good idea "sneak" and "invisible". But really, Eorzea is not a dangerous place, like Vanadiel. I think "sneak" and "invisible" can be added, but aggro mobs (beast tribes for example) must be increased too in many places of Eorzea. This things must be added at the same time.

The funny thing is, I traveled through all of Mor Dhona without a single scratch as r12 Pug. I ran past a Puroboros in an extremely narrow pass, I literally could easily have touched it with my hand. I honestly think that is not a good thing. I shouldn't be able to explore Mor Dhona without dying. That Puroboros would have turned around and killed me if this was FFXI. That is something that I'm really missing, creatures that aggro by more than just sight.

That was something revolutionary I think SE did with FFXI. Most if not all MMO's I know of have only sight-aggro mobs. It make the world that much more interactive if we have sound, magic, low hp, sight, ability-use, etc. aggro type mobs.

What ever happened to the original info we got? Mobs would aggro or not aggro based on pt size, or if you had a certain weapon equipped? Like skeleton monsters leaving you alone if you had blunt based weapon on you, but aggroing if you were piercing. Was pretty excited about those possibilities when I first heard. =/

I agree with both adding Sneak and Invis abilities, and also increasing number of aggro mobs and improving their reaction.
