Couple bugs after 1.23b Update

I started a Leve and killed Mobs 2 levels above me and got no XP for kills, I did recieve Gil and XP for completing the leve.

Did a Toto-Rak run and some blue gates where still active for me even after opening them with Photocells.

Hope this isnt re-occuring and you guys can patch it quick if it is.

That's been around since Toto's implementation.
Not helpful to you but not a completely new bug.

Don't know what to tell you about the leves. Was there a high level in your party?
