Over aspected cluster raise

Only Way I think it might be, is that you can have it and the item from the GC, allowing any 1 to have 2 raises (4 for whm).

OP wasn't really focused too much on the "should" you use the cluster to raise and when, but what it actually does.

So to re-visit: Has anyone tested the cluster in a raise situation? Yes/no on weakness, is there a timer. Can you use on yourself (ala re-raise)

Hopefully people will still eb doing this on gungnir when I get home later today for a few hours, because I need to get more seals on my alt for the final promotion and then get a bit extra for exp scrolls. My main is capped on seals though pretty much so I am just going to buy the aether passes that I dont have (Even though i never use the one i do have) and then I will test this out if no one else has already.
