Given the lack of notice NPCs generally pay to things going on around them..

Have general NPCs (repairer/vendor) at camps always said "Welcome..." and nothing else? Or is this kind of like the shop dialog error where they went generic MMORPG on us?

Hard to tell if its just them being depressed due to Atomos/Dalamud or if it's a bug >.>

Sounds new, they were usually a little more chatty than that. "Welcome one and all!" or some sort.

Ah so it was part of that as well, thought it was just the city shop vendors that got borked.

The camp NPCs were back to saying "Welcome one and all!" prior to this patch yesterday. All the town NPCs were back to their normal dialog as well. I'm pretty sure this is something new to this patch even though it's not documented, unless it's ANOTHER bug.

Job npcs (I count the repair npc as a job npc) don't have interesting dialogues in most rpgs (old and new rpgs).
