So far there are 3 parts to the Foundation Day Activities;

1) Free seals

Talk to the centre GC guy (small talk) and you can obtain 5,000 seals. Also unlike last year there is NO double seals for completing GC quests.

Flame Lieutenant Aubrey: In the spirit of Foundation Day, we're issuing Immortal Flames members a special allowance of 5,000 Flame Seals. You're free to spend them as you see fit.

2) Magicked Prisms

Talk to one of the GC guys and you can get 10 Magicked Prisms of your company. It only works for your company, so if you want Prisms from other companies you have to buy them or exchange with a friend. You can only obtainn the prisms once per 24 hours.

Flame Lieutenant Somber Meadow: Citizens of Ul'dah! Adventurers from distant lands! The Immortal Flames have need of you! Join your strength to ours, and we will end all evils with our cleansing fire!

Flame Lieutenant Somber Meadow: Here, I want you to have this magicked prism. When loosed, it will send the proud symbol of Ul'dah─the golden scales─high towards the heavens. Use it, and reaffirm your resolve to fight for coin and country.

You obtain 10 magicked prisms (Immortal Flames).

One magicked prism (Immortal Flames) will be issued every 24 hours (Earth time).

3) Seals from Crystals/Clusters

If you have fought Atomos at one of the red Aethers and examined the Voidstone you can get a Overaspected Cluster (see the other thread for more info). This can be exchanged for 3,000 seals. You can also exchange 4 Crystals for 1,000 seals

Submit an over-aspected cluster in exchange for 3,000 Flame Seals?
You obtain 3,000 Flame Seals.

Has anyone tested whether or not double seals are given for GC activities like last year?

Just turned in trashy stuff from Toto-Rak and got normal amounts.

Anyone have unfished GC quests? I think the bonus last year was only on GC quest, not provisioning

I just did caravan while waiting for atomos to pop. Still got 750 seals.

I worry that the Atomos drops will be used for something else in the future. Oh well, I need the seals NOW!

Can anyone confirm if you get multiple crystal/cluster drops from different Atomos fights? I fought him three or four times so far. The first time, I obtained a cluster and 5 crystals. All subsequent times, I received Anima. Not sure if maybe I just have had bad luck, or maybe need to turn in my current drops, or if it's a one-time only thing.

Has anyone killed Atomos with claim? WHen i've done it it was Purple Name to me. I am wondering if there is an achievement for killing him, like other Notorious Monsters.
