Fighting Atomos~

Some people been saying Clusters are only a first time kill/when you receive the achievement can anyone de-confirm this?

I just took my alt to finish this achievement and I was unable to get any additional clusters from two Atomos fights after my first one. Still unsure if it confirms it or not, but only been able to get buffs =)
