Edit: And he just dissapeared in front of me. The stand and the rest of the npcs are still here, but no cluster/crystal trader.

They probably pulled the NPCs because people were buying Dawn Drops and converting them into gil. 1 Cluster = 250k gil, and 1 crystal = 20.8k gil. If the reason for pulling them were the GC seals themselves, I believe they would have put a stop to it sooner.

People always looking to exploit something.. this is partly why I think a lot of great ideas in MMO dont work because people dont generally like to play without finding an exploit to a system

Check again, there are only 3 where there used to be 4.

Yeah the cluster guy just disappeared in front of me. I talked to him at first just to make sure I could still turn in clusters, then a few seconds later he poofed.

I was just reading the Japanese forums about this topic and it seems they have been discussing "Money parties" on this very subject.. so there could possible be some truth to that however they were discussing this subject several hours ago.. so who knows?

Regarding Balance Adjustments to Atomos (Sep. 14)
We have determined that the "Atomos" monsters located throughout the game are causing an imbalance in loot drops. In order to address this issue, we are making a number of changes to the conditions required to receive the "Over-aspected Cluster" and "Over-aspected Crystal" drops.

Additionally, until these balance adjustments have been completed, the following Grand Company Seal distributing NPCs will be temporarily unavailable. We will post an update as soon as the changes have been implemented.
