Forum Reset?

Was there/is there a forum reset on people who have not been on for awhile? Just noticed it is claiming I recently joined when in fact I have been here since launch. Took some time off for awhile as I didn't like the way the game was at the time. Came back a few days ago and am loving the game again. Much has improved and can't wait for ARR. Just wondering why it is saying I'm new to the game now, which I guess in a way I am as alot has changed hehe.


WHOAAAAA and where did my world go o.0 , I was on lindblum and now I'm in sargatanas?? what happened lol

nvm, I see they made new worlds and merged 2 worlds together into each one... pretty cool. So I can still find people I used to play with!

Welcome back to the game! Yes, there are so many changes to it, but if you want to experience the story behind all of it, I would recommend doing the Grand Company quests. ^^

I just finished reading about the Grand Companies, I was seeing the NPC company guys all over and they were hatin on me because I wasn't with them hehe. Now that I know what they are, I will be joining up with the twin adders this evening. My heart belongs to Gridania forever so I won't even think of joining the other 2 lol

Just a warning you will need to do all the gc quest and get to their leaders speech before you can actually choose gridania's gc ^^

Say what? You mean I have to join as a recruit and do first quest for each one before I can choose which GC I want join? Thats some bull... here is what I read....( As recruits are not yet bound to an organization, adventurers are encouraged to use this opportunity to discover the company with which they most closely identify, as well as earn all three types of company seals on offer by completing missions.) encouraged to.. If I really have to go do each one I'm really not even going to bother with trying to lol. so if thats the case no GC for me. And yes, I'm a stubborn fool, but I dont care

You wont be able to join a gc until you do all the nations 3 starter gc quests, and then you'll finally be able to join a gc... it shouldn't take too long.

Bah! I reallly want to join the adders, no matter what I see and hear from the other 2 GC Why they force you to try all three is just.. I dunno the words for it... but If I must I guess I must. BAH! lol

Its like the lore, "you must have a fair choice between all 3 companies"
