Better hope this patch tommorow improves something, or shit is going to hit the fan on all the relevant media websites. Either be honest with your customers, or don't provide a service that i'm paying for.

And to all the little SE supporters who cry out to me to just have patience, go fuck your selves. It's been like this for WEEKS. SE's NA customer service rep's should be just as furious as the customers they support.

I'd love to see a mass quiting of the 6 or 8 GM/Customer service reps. Because to be treated this way by SE of Japan is bullshit. I'm mad that they have no answer for us, and more mad that they take it from up high and then from us. Believe me I'm not upset with the folks answering the phones, or taking pointless GM calls in game because they can't do anything anyway. I'm pissed that big daddy SE is treating it's Non-Japanesse customers like sub class humans.

Get your shit together SE or 2.0 will be the nail in the coffin of your company.
