But dinos are common in FF, especially in FF6 and the T-Rexaurs in FF8 D:Guys. Guys, okay. Listen. I love dinosaurs. So I made sure to bring this up to Yoshida personally.
He said that the team is currently focused on introducing more FF series monsters and enemies into Eorzea as their number one priority. So unfortunately there are no plans at the moment to implement these bad boys into the realm. (On one hand, I guess we should kinda be relieved...)

Honestly, Dinosaurs do make sense to add to Final Fantasy, since several games did have Dinosaurs. Prominently FFVIII and FFXII, and as well as FFVI, minimally.

The Tyranosaur made it's first appearance in Final Fantasy.. The First one. Alive or Undead, there has been Dinosaurs, usually T-Rex, in every Final Fantasy except 2, 7 and 9.
Seven actually had a Tank with a Triceratops mounted on it.
Dinosaurs are all over this Series. I don't think we need them all over XIV, but I don't see why we can't have any.
Maybe a NM?
Tyransosaur.

Kingdom Hearts 3D has T-Rex and an undead one as well as a Triceratops.

Um.. Dinosaurs are all over Final Fantasy.. WTF are you talking about?Guys. Guys, okay. Listen. I love dinosaurs. So I made sure to bring this up to Yoshida personally.

But technically it is an FF series monster, I can think of 4 games off the top of my head that's had T-Rex mobs in them (1, 6, 8, 12).Guys. Guys, okay. Listen. I love dinosaurs. So I made sure to bring this up to Yoshida personally.
