So very much agreed.there were a bunch of things good with that video, the animations were not one of them, specifically the start and stop of the running animation, the dragoon getting hit, the jumping sideways, the diagonal back step, and the finishing of cutting the tree, were all horrible.
i might be missing some but those are the ones that they need to fix kuz it looks bad right now
Those, and the constant backpedaling. Jars me out even worse than the sideways-front-facing jumps. I can't imagine the game being playable if I can't even move where I want my character to move. x__x Hopefully they'll like..make an option to designate different keys to backpedal/strafe and actual moving. At the very least.
If you get into the Alpha and Beta. Bitch your faces out and make them listen.
It's the little details that make that add that extra depth of immersion to this game. The character animations have been fantastic so far, I see no need to remove them.
if i get into the alpha or beta im definitely gonna make sure they hear what were saying about this, hope others will do the same if they get in

they added whistling animation on this video right? I dont remember 25th presentation has it
Aion Zwei - Masamune
i know i saw whistling animation in this letter from the producer live III video, i cant remember if it was there in the gamescom and 25th anniversary videos, but im leaning more towards that being new
I hope they fix it, I like how the current animation is, makes it more realistic. I dont care for characters floating around while moving their legs.
Wow, almost at 200! LETS DO EET!
Video #4 and the animations still look the same. Yoshi didn't improve them like he promisied.
