No! This decision had to be made very early on in development. That H key was added months ago! This has nothing (or very little to do with) deadlines.



I don't know. But it would probably be just for your character and not for everyone else's. Would that really make you feel better? It would probably just be weird.

Are you really going to throw out all the good things about ARR just because they took out a few animations?

I can understand getting rid of them for a temporary thing, than add em back in after 2.0. buuuut ya, this is just lazy and unintuitive on their part.
