I hope they just take the time that conflicts with the free time and move it into your ARR subscription. Because anyone who paid for the game thus far is pretty much 99.95% likely to at least try ARR.
Will some Rep please clarify what happens to the extra weeks we paid for. Are they lost or are they rolled up into ARR.
In english would be nice. >.>
PS. Why was the other (first) thread on billing deleted? Instead of going through the effort of deleting it, why not take the time to clarify and defuse the situation. Deleting the thread just makes it seem like there's something to hide.

And where is that? I can read French and that was NEVER said...A french dev has commented that your time will move into ARR. So your payment is not lost. Besides legally they wouldnt try to skimp you out of your change. So you pay september 17th or something - your time is ticked down till 29/30 where it stops ticking down and you move into the free period. The rest is saved till ARR.
Antipika.

Why not send me a check for $20?
Nobody is going to be able to "over-pay". 1) You can only pay for one month at a time. 2) They are not allowing people to pay for another month after the September 30 cut-off period, so the last date that will be paid for is October 30 (or 31 or whatever).
If you pay for your month on Sept 10, you are paid through Oct 10, and can play from Oct 11 through Nov 11 for free.
If you pay for your month on Sept 25, you are paid through Oct 25, and can play from Oct 25 through Nov 11 for free.
Since nobody will be able to pay for another month on or after October 1, there is no possible way that you will be able to pay for service past November 1.
Its pretty much if you weren't those lucky few that subbed in the first week of sept. you wont get a free month, heck if i weren't lucky enough to sub in the first 2 weeks of sept than you wont even get 2 weeks of free time lol. if your in the category of subbing at the end of aug than you wil get only a couple of days of free time. I think this is one of those things where they try to come off as nice by the free time but actually most ppl arent really getting it. So in the end it rewards luck and not so much loyaltyWill some Rep please clarify what happens to the extra weeks we paid for. Are they lost or are they rolled up into ARR.

FTFY - since we're being technical, there is no 'playing' after nov 1 since nothing is saved. If you pay for your month on Sept 1, you are paid through Oct 1, and can play from Oct 1 through Nov 1 for free.
If you pay for your month on Sept 29, you are paid through Oct 29, and can play from Oct 29 through Nov 1 for free.
Since nobody will be able to pay for another month on or after October 1, there is no possible way that you will be able to pay for service past November 1.
And while you're explanation is technically correct, I don't see that its remotely fair as reflected in your astute example above.
