Level Sync outside of dungeons

I think if i wanted to level every Class, i would probably run out of quests.

in the 25th Anni Special Talk Shows has said that they will add more Quest to accommodate the EXP gain for all classes, so basicly you can level up all classes to max with Quest, but there will also be other things.. such as Public Events or something.. :|
