Couple Small UI improvements

I just noticed these few things missing from the game as I was playing.

- being able to /tell people from the menu when targeting them (really sucks having to type long names when the person is right there)

- being able to /follow

- Having options to attach sound to sound channels (like a few sound options to choose from for /tell and possible /party or /linkshell

- Some sort of command to make a loud noise in the group, like a warning (<call>?)

Edit1 - Would be nice to see the levels of people/group members when targeting.

That's all I remember now... Tell me what you think, and add more if you can think. Try and keep it simple if possible.
