Better Materia System

There arent as many pros in this system compare to current materia system, i am going to say no. I wont go much further since this kind of thread has been posted few times, but current materia system benefits everyone and every single class, your proposed idea doesn't. So, i am still leaning towards the current system.

Ok tell me how it doesn't benefit all classes? Maybe I can change that easily.
