    An Error Has Occurred on the Game Server (30002)

    It has been almost a week now after my entire party got R0'd while fighting in Garuda instance, and none of us have been able to log back in.
    Square Enix is not responding to this issue at any level. We have contacted SE may times on this issue but nothing seems to move forward. Tech support reps have been clueless for the most part. Hardly got one response to many many posts on this site, and GMs plainly refuse to help.

    What the hell kind of service is this? if you can't fix the problem, at least let us know so that we stop wasting time trying to get it fixed.

    i got sent email number 16 with the same crap from SE .. please try to re install please restart router lol... have replied again asking for another escalation to japan
