I'm no fashion expert. I'm specifically no female fashion expert, but the last thread had the same problem which I think was reason enough to shut it down in my opinion.
None of the pictures thus far depict knee highs.
They may be considered knee highs on a Tarutaru but certainly not on anatomically correct humanoids.

Thought I'd contribute...thanks for the inspirationI didnt get a chance to see the other thread, but I haven't drawn in a while, and this helped me out a bit. I'm trying to get a bit away from cartoony style, since it's the only thing I've really been doing lately :/
Though...I cant draw feet to save my life T_T

I finally finished my drawing. I didn't know the original thread got closed.
And I hate drawing feet!
(Soken is awesome, by the way.)

Don't mind my other posts I guess.

They have knees like Grizzly Adams had a beard. High graphics settings with ambient occlusion suggests that there are joints and muscles underneath the skin where the shins meet the femurs. Also, the calves don't flex the opposite direction, so without high graphics settings and ambient occlusion it can be assumed that the Lalafell are the anatomic equivalent to children.
Also Soken asked Vergil to post thigh highs on twitter. He wouldn't be disappointed. I too thought the same as you but was swiftly proven wrong.

It seems Soken is even more of a perv than we thought then.
