Favorite Forum
- Favorite/Sticky forums/categories to appear at the top of the forum (above the Japanese forums).

- This would save a lot of time when browsing; to browse the Istory Forum, I have to click Worlds >> Istory --- I'd like to sticky Istory, and have it at the top of the forums for easy/quick access.



Forum Organizing
- Please let users move language categories around --- I'd like to have the English forums at the top, as it's my native language.
