    This was noticed a long time ago in the early days. I'm not sure if the technical explanation has anything to do with your cards, people more tech savy would be able to answer that. But since launch I have moved from X2 Sapphire 4850 to X2 Sapphire 6870.
    I must admit I haven't noticed it for a long time, but I may just have become used to it. I will have a close look later today.

    I've never seen shadow striping like that in this game before. Try lowering your shadow quality and see if it helps
