Weapon skills for mages!

Because mages don't use weapon skills.

Wrong. People used Cnj and thm weapon skills quite often before they removed their ranged tp generating attacks and weaponskills. and they werent melee weapon skills, they were ranged ones, each had one that restored a bit of mp, and one that had a useless effect, but could have been made into something good, but they removed them instead.
