it's up right now on sargatanas been killing em for an couple of hours.

Do you need to flag this anywhere or just show up and kill them?

Just show up and fight. the only requirement to getting the drop is the same as any open world mob, you must have the claim. in my experience, the hats have dropped from the adds, and not the H1.
