Additionally here on Hyperion it seems to have been almost a full 24 hours since the last invasion. Unless of course it happened while I was asleep, but I am totally ruling out 4 hour rotations.

maybe it works in tandem... the more trash imperials you kill maybe affects the drop rate of the hats?

They seem to spawn at the same time on every server.

just popped on durandal! at iron lake, 11:03pm EST

ATM it's at dragonhead in Masamune. Event is back up on all servers.

Seems it's back on Aegis as well.
