    Ferocity FTW?

IMO the execution/activation time for ferocity and similar abilities is too long.
It adds some to the damage dealt but the time it takes to execute/cast you can as well perform a normal attack or a second special

In the time you perform Ferocity + special you could perform special + normal attack, it would make more damage.
Then there is also the chance that yo miss.
Yo could of course perform still-precision + ferocity + special but then again you in the same time could simply make Special + normal attack + special or any other combination.
Having a active time battle for me time is a factor, it matters how fast i can kill a mob in a SP party.
If its about stamina conservation, not really having that problem... a normal attack does not use much stamina.

    what are your thoughts?
IMO all such abilities should have a very short execution time.

i see a similar issue with BR, by the time most people successfully used it you often could kill the mob faster without it.

Speaking for myself, I always run out of stamina, so I find these abilities useful.

Edit: But yes, the activation time should be lowered anyways.

that will always be the case. spaming attacks will always kill mobs faster, but we have choices. That pretty much the point of stuff. To do other stuff besides just spaming attacks.

And br are not that slow to set up And can speed up with macros. Which is the point of a macro.

Ferocity uses no staminia, so you can use ferocity>special attack>normal attack, or use special attack>normal attack>wait for stamina regen. The time it takes for the stamina regen for a normal attack is longer than the time it takes to use ferocity. Ferocity is also particularly useful if you're under the effects of slow or death weakness when stamina regen is much slower.

I'm quite happy with the ferocity animation time. Even the recharge time on the skill when you're using it as an archer is really low. It's probably one of the most well balanced skills in the game.
