got another reply from se saying re set router and re install lol seriously .... ok i replied asking for another escalation to japan

I have done everything humaly possible to resolve this issue and so has 12 0ther people we have re installed, loged in on other computers etc etc this is not a client issue this is a server issue and it needs to be sorted as it has now been a week with no word ..

please note that when the game crashed we couldn't use the UI/spells/abilities and garuda stoped moving, we could still chat in pt/ls and move around the howling eye zone, the server also wouldnt disconect us we were just stuck in howling eye so to get off the game we had to force d/c as we had no other option. then once we tried to log on our main chars on the character select screen (says our character is in howling eye)it starts to load as normal but stays black and then after a min says server error 30002.

I can log on my alt char in the character select screen just fine.

Again we have tried all solutions at home, atleast 3 of us use computers as part of our profession so we know that its clearly not an issue with our systems, it is sadly an issue with your server.

1 of my tickets has been escalated to japan please escalate this one to japan also this needs to be fixed we are paying customers and its been a week with zero feedback.
