Details: Same issue Error (30002) 1347011403,0,5 after crashing in an instance (Garuda Hard to be specific).
Date and time: 9/4/2012 around 8:40 pm eastern time.
Frequency: Happened once, unable to log on after that
PC: HP
OS: Windows XP
Graphics card: GeForce GTX 460
ISP: fiber optic cable

Number for my technical support ticket: 1786205

I'd like an full detail confirmation... for the rest of the people stuck in this instance, I'd like for Support Tech to at least send a warning about connection issues around any instance. Least to keep people at ease...and thank you for who ever is reading or even reply to this issue, thanks for the support, it means a lot to most of us. Hopefully we'll be in the game soon.
