    Duuuurrrr getting ignored by the devs, sit and take it like it's nothing, This has to be known, i paid for this month i already lost 1/4th of it to them not doing anything keep defending them, this board gets no traffic.

    For the record stuff posted in this section when it's THEIR issue does nothing for us for like i pointed in another thread over here this place only deals with player to player discussion about logging issues and other technically light stuff and hardly ever gets any sort of official traffic, so yeah we're boned.

    I have been saying it all along. Not enough people are affected, so nothing is being done.
    It's not "oh, only 5 people have this problem, thus we wont fix it." It's "Well, this seems to be affecting everybody that does <this> so it must be a ____ problem and the <department> engineers should be notified." or "It's only affecting a few people, but they all have <insert conditions here> so it must be a ____ problem that can be fixed by ____."

    They're not ignoring you, they likely just don't have a fix or a definitive answer yet. The post was moved here because it is the appropriate section for it. They'll likely fix it once they've got a proper solution. Personally hoping that it's implemented by/during the next patch at the latest.

    Yeah, they're not ignoring me at all i just called SE about my previous tickets throughout the week none of them had been escalated... got one escalated today because the person actually took the time to type all the info up personally while on the phone. (BTW he sounded extremely familiar with the issue.)

    Because I called him before you maybe!

    But yeah, they're working on it, they're just trying to get enough information, but they're working on the issue, trying to find who's affected, and what's affecting it basically..IT IS AT SE HQ right now, they know it's "Admin-side" so please be calm and patient, I did my best as well as many people. Just keep up posting more information...

    No, I'm pretty sure they are ignoring people, or at the very least trying to make it look like they're doing something about it hence "the runaround". This is a problem that has been around for a good while now - just go look at a few of the other topics on this subject for proof of that. It's likely an issue that is based at the core of the server/game mechanics (because we all know how horrible they are in terms of quality, no matter how you feel about the game after Yoshi took over), and as such cannot be fixed. At least not easily. With 1.0 going offline in roughly two months and us getting a completely new client, server structure, and practically everything else for ARR I really doubt they're going out of their way to resolve this. They're likely much more focused on getting the relaunch right, and that'll fix this problem anyway.

    I feel for the people who this has happened to. Really, I do. But if they haven't come up with a solution for it when it first started happening, I strongly doubt they're going to now.

    At least when it was listed over in the General forum, people were actually discussing the problem and relating similar situations other players have been experiencing recently. A lot more informative than in Technical Support where really the only people that read topics and post are those having the most dire of issues.

    By moving this conversational topic, it leaves other players uninformed of a possibly serious issue to look out for. This topic was people sharing experiences with the community, not a need for a move to Tech Support, where there are already plenty of detailed topics about this issue.

    Thoughts go out to all of you getting robbed of gaming experience and subscription right now. I really hope SE gets its act together and pulls you all out of limbo sooner than later, or at least becomes more willing to keep you updated. It doesn't build much confidence that its taking them this long when we are all looking at them moving our data to new server structures soon. I'm surprised they haven't offered you all a rollback or something.

    I bet if 500 people had this problem it would have been fixed by now. But its only us, it can wait.
    Therefore, like I said, not enough people have been affected, nothing is being done.

    I wouldn't mind for a rollback, not much was affecting me..but thank you for regards on the issue, I hope things will be better for us and for Square Enix, maybe a lesson for both sides to improve as a customer and for them as a service.

    Also, it shouldn't matter if small amount of people are affected, it should be addressed as the same priority as 500 people. Small things can become bigger things if they leave the error alone for all this time..
    Basically adding more people into the void...I do agree, it should've been fixed already.

    BUT! There's a lot of problem solving involved probably, but they should update more, but translating the issue or translating the response may take awhile. I'm starting to feel that this recent patch did something crrrrrrrrrazy to the instances or areas!
