    i got them to escalate my issue also but they said they found your escalation foxi but waiting on a reply from you ???? jump on mumble next time your on mate to chat to me and reply to them also

    End-user: i can also log on my main on char screen just errors when trying to load the garuda zone
    End-user: so doesnt seem like a save issue

    Did you ask them to escalate just your most recent ticket? or all tickets?

    next time you call in make sure they escalate ALL of your open tickets. More than likely response is gauged by number of occurrences. so escalate all available tickets. every time you call in, ask them to open a new ticket, and escalate it.

    I strongly encourage you to stop the language and post only facts/data. it's understandable you are very frustrated and angry. but you should talking with the reps about your frustration while you have them on chat/phone.

    Also, as a side note. they can't just 'move your character' it's not that easy to find the data that tells you where your character is. a GM can move your character, but they have direct access to it because they can target you. if you're offline it's not that simple. However, there's an obvious catch there, because you can't login.

    I've been civil in all my tickets and i haven't even gotten any of them answered, i don't see what being civil is going to do that this point it has been a week i'm literally starting to think we're obviously not enough to care, so if they don't care why should be care to be nice? This is probably the frustration talking but this is getting very old.
