    Another case? Wow, i went looking into the JP technical board and found similar cases from around a week or two ago, they actually had a rep answer them but like the GMs and the call line they just gave them the run around with no real resolution.

    I checked that too. The (30002) problems had a a lot more input from reps on the japanese forums.
    Doesn't look like they were much help, but they were there.
