To the people complaining about the faster pace and the potential to spam TP actions.... no one is forcing you to fight at a fast pace. Just pretend there's a timer and you can fight as slow as you want. But don't knock SE for giving the rest of us some fun change of pace.

Here is a scenario for you without level caps...

<new player> Can anyone help with xxx mission.
<LS member> dude, just solo it.
<new player> but I don't know where to go.
<LS member> fine I'll come.
*Fight is over before new player is through an awesome CS that indicates an awesome fight.*
<new player> I wanted to do the fight...
<LS member> well I didn't want to hang around, and the fight is easy
*LS drama ensues, new player leaves LS.*

This would not happen with level caps because all content is always challenging and everyone has fun.

You're looking to much at one side of the coin and not looking at the other.

As I mentioned in another post, I'm fine with wiping on current content at the level cap. It makes sense in concept and practice. I also like to run people through content if they want to be run through content. People already struggle to get the minimum 4 person requirement for lv35 Ifrit not because people go "oh, I'm lv50 so I'm just too much for that boss". It's because people don't or can't take the time to do so. It's a stepping stone to a bigger story.

What this does is try to turn the stepping stone into the goal of the f-ing quest, which is not how it works. The small time stuff is small time for a reason. And if you eventually leveled past it, you do the content to see it and move on, because there's other things to do as you work towards the level cap.

Again, I'm up for wiping on hard mode Garuda or Nael. I'm NOT up for wiping in Shposhae or Totorak.

I prefer to help people if the help is needed, I don't want to go just to be a filler, I will help with capped content if it's capped because the help is needed, whereas right now I would just be going as a filler which is pointless.

Yep
I don't know many signatures, but usually when a big company recruits voice actors in Japan, they get the big shots from the anime industry, at least for the main roles.
