After force shutdown my laptop due to a frozen screen, I logged back on in the game to find my UI was reset and my macros have been deleted. Prior to returning back on, my character was in the Character Selection screen.

I would like to know if there is a backup file in which I can retrieve all my settings and the cause of this issue. I have been playing since 2012 and I have never had this issue.
