I am currently paying for a service that I can not use. 3 days ago (9/4/2012) My game R0, and I have been unable to log back into my character.

Contacting "Customer Support" has been a one star experience so far, no one has reached out or tried to contact me at all on the issue.
The few times I managed to get a hold of someone, I was greeted with copy-paste responses, sometimes the same response to every question I asked.

There is a problem with the server, and it seems like it is the kind of problem that is easier ignored than fixed. The whole party I was with R0 with me, and is unable to play for 3 days now. And from what I have read on the tech forums, some people have had this problem for months without resolve - Error (30002)
