I'm probably in the minority on this, but I'm a little disheartened at the flood of posts asking (rather indignantly) why the movement animations were "downgraded" (start/stop, etc). I personally much prefer the way it's looking in 2.0, because while the old animations certainly looked much more fluid from a pure cosmetic perspective, having that extra delay while starting or stopping any movement in combat drives me up the wall in 1.0. It makes any sort of movement in combat feel like you're standing in molasses.

Really. this is stupid and people are stupid in general. The game play they showed behind closed Doors at E3 you couldn't
interact with mobs. Fast forward a month and people are surprized that all the animations are not in the game yet. Even
though it has been constantley said that these videos are not finished producted.


PS. I'm not saying that the Quote poster is stupid. Refering to the people making a stink about
unfinish animations.

I like the questions i proposed about fishing and personal housing and Materia and hated the one about grass and animations problems.
I do feel some questions need to be explained like the materia questions.

This question again. I'm in probably the largest LGBT linkshells out of all the servers and this has been brought up
like all of 2 times ever that I have seen. General consenus is that there isn't marriage in the game, So why even
bring this up. Marriage in XI was such a pain in the ass that it wasn't even worth the time to do anyway.
As much as I look down on the Poster for bringing up an issue that is moot to begin with. The repling person should be
shoot out of a cannon just for being a general asshat.

We are preparing a cathedral so that you can get married in Eorzea as well, so please look forward to actually having wedding content in the game :P

I asked about the Auction House and didn't get much love (last I checked). Surprised something as major as, I don't know, THE ECONOMY OF THE GAME, didn't get more interest. Suppose you guys enjoy the system we have now.

Funny intentions or not. It can be viewed as a very inflamitory remark. Plus the internet is deaf to Sarcasim.

Now the whole auction house thing. I skip them. every single one of them.
main reason is the market wards as they are right now are not far from being that as it is.

The market ward could have been one of those things that seperated this game from other games
and it will probably be replaced with a cookie cutter AH from like wow and that will be sad because
this could have been so much more.

I just hope this doesn't go to a blind price system like XI. Being able to see the price helps the
economy balence it's self. The price history is pointless at this point until they show who bought the item.
If they ever fix the feature of having you retainer buy items for you, we will then see the economy really
take off.

Retainers can buy things for you! Retainers can sell things for you! You can set them to restock and buy/sell with some functions!
