    Crashed in wards now getting error

    I was just clicking my retainer the exchange then it never went into the retainer inventory, wait 5 min still nothing. So i shutdown << which is probably the problem.. with why i can not log back in and now getting ERROR (30002)1346937541,0,5 ... anyone know what the deal is?

    we crashed in garuda 2 days ago same errror code and havent been able to log back on since on balmung the servers are broken and they are doin prety much nothing about it as far as i can see fobbing us off with emails that dont answer our questions
