Titles. Where are they?

some titles are quite big "a kobolds worst nightmare", "provider of the realm", "carrier of the cauldren" for examples. could be quite alot of screen clutter

Yes, it was already comfirmed that you will be able to customize how it is displayed (position/size/on or off..)

This might be a dumb thread but what's the point of giving us titles if we can't see them displayed somewhere around our names. Unless I'm missing the option of display or just overlooked it in the menu.

After you have obtained a title you will need to go see the achievement NPC to select that title as your title under your attributes menu > titles. Those titles which you have obtained and recieved from npcs will be available to change at your leisure unlike in Xi where you had to pay a bard to change title or do the event to obtain the title.

I haven't done it in ages, but the game is actually pretty fun to play with /names off. It's a little challenging (and I wouldn't advise it in a party), but it certainly does look pretty. And a fun little "spot the enemy in the bushes before it kills you" game.

It would be nice if when talking to some NPCs, they would refer to you by your title or make some sort of quip about it. Then to take that to the next level, certain quests are only available when a certain title active.

I hope titles give you some sort of cool buff. Nothing over the top bit something like refresh, regen, or maybe a small exp buff? Just throwing ideas out there.

The buffs could only be for solo play only. Then your conversation takes on a whole different, darker tone!
