Are there any plans to integrate logging in and out into the game itself, rather than having to completely shut down the game if you wish to log out for a few minutes?

Are there any plans for adding the bestiary (that was suggested by a player on these forums and that Yoshi-P already said he liked in that thread)?
Will the use of abilities in gathering be less random when that discipline is overhauled for 2.0 to use a point based system? And what sort of points will it use (TP, MP, something completely different)?
Are there any plans to increase (or even completely remove) the current 4 slot restriction on trades?
Will both craftsmanship and magic craftsmanship both exist in 2.0? If so, will their use be more clearly defined?
I'm aware that we'll be able to keep our chocobos in our stables but will there be any such place to store other mounts like goobbues or magitek? Would they go in the stable too or simply not exist while we aren't on them?
Are there any plans for the barding we've already purchased to gain some sort of stats or other benefits once our chocobos can join us in battle?
Are there any planned advantages or disadvantages associated with crafting at home, such as a workspace with increased stats, or no synthesis allowed like our current inn rooms?
Will free companies have any way to track individual performance of its members, especially in terms of donations, work done for the free company, etc?
Are there any plans to bring microtransactions to FFXIV? Extra retainers and other benefits for those better off financially in the real world, or will all things be equal between the members of Eorzea?
