At the special talk show event Hashimoto-san spoke about the difficulties of creating an MMO to run on the PS3 format, especially due to memory restrictions. I understand that a lot of the systems have been created in a way that the memory load is low, but how about for future content?

What plans are being made for the future? For example: Will PC users be seeing high resolution texture packs, or will the PS3 version be getting less than PC users?

Not to discriminate but I'm sure many fear that one day the PS3 version will begin to hold back the PC development, and how far the graphics can be updated. Considering it has been stated several times that the game is intended to last for 10 years or more, much like it's predecessor FFXI, this is a bit of a concern.

Will we have completely new areas, as with an expansion?

Will we ever be able to quest for high end spells, skills and scrolls or buy them from NPC or Auction house?

First question. Will players be able to obtain primal weapons in 2.0?

Second question. Will primal weapons(obtained before & after 2.0) be upgradeable, considering players have to deal with the Random Number Generator System, since many players have put much effort into obtaining them players would dislike them becoming obsolete when the next new item comes along. Hence the primal weapons can keep up with time so to say.
